In 1925, the legendary Helen Keller challenged the Lions to become “Knights of the Blind in the crusade against darkness”. Since then, the Lions around the world, took the challenge and today Lions Clubs International is best known for our fight to eliminate preventable and reversible blindness amongst the many humanitarian activities and programs.

The LSSC Logo is created by incorporating the Lions Clubs International emblem at the center of the eye symbolizes our loyalty to our cause; focusing our challenge to save sight and our firm commitment to eliminate preventable and reversible blindness in the local scene, later in the regional countries and eventually in the global arena.
